Victor Alleslev

Born in Ottawa, Victor was raised in a Military family and spent his childhood in different cities across Canada and Europe. Graduating from Queen's University as an economist in the early 2000's, Victor grew a career in commercial real estate financing, underwriting more than half a billion dollars in commercial real estate loans across Canada. Victor returned to Ottawa in 2016 after seeing a need in the leasing and property management market for a more "hands on" customer service approach. Since then, Victor has dedicated his time to building a tenant-centric ideology within the commercial real estate/tenancy industry. Victor is passionate about finding the science behind the numbers!

Shannon Conway

Originally hailing from Northern Ontario, Shannon has lived in over 30 different residences across both Ontario and Australia. These travels not only gave Shannon a unique insight into both the common struggles and pitfalls of a tenant, it also gave her insight into what worked and what didn't in the integration of a harmonious relationship between tenants and landlords. With over 25 years of experience in customer service and ergonomic design, Shannon exemplifies the true community spirit believing in people and the importance of building relationships, and the relationships with a harmonious environment . Shannon enjoys bringing functionality to any space she comes into (with every move!). Her most recent move has brought her and Victor back to Carleton Place, where she and her parents had moved to in 1992, when a career change for her father brought them here from the North. Her recent return to CP was sadly due to her beloved mother passing away in 2018. In some, difficult but very beautiful way, the stars aligned for Shannon to find her place within Luksus, bringing new and amazing opportunities; to which she continues to excel at providing her customers, clients and Tenants with the best service she can!

Mike Simonson

From a very young age, Mike knew he wanted to be outdoors, and he made it his mission to bring beauty to every project he had the honor of placing his hands on! Mike was also raised in a Military family, which gave him an in depth look into many homes and what it takes to make it truly beautiful. Mike has the opportunity to often visit the beautiful "landscapers dream" of Vancouver Island, where he is constantly inspired with new landscaping ideas! Mike eventually found himself in the Ottawa Valley, and fell in love. Mike brings with him over 40 years of Landscape Design and expertise. His passion and expertise is showcased in his custom built water features with ponds, intricately designed backyard oases, and the organic presence of absolute beauty and zen that is captured within every project he gets his hands on. As a certified horticulturalist, you can guarantee that he will bring your vision into a landscaped reality.
