It is 2 am and there is an emergency “help my toilet is leaking” telephone call - Luksus is both happy and experienced to respond to the call and fix the problem while you sleep! (not to worry, we inform you of it the next day!).  

Luksus Management has the knowledge and experience to respond to late-night emergency calls.  However, those emergencies can be costly both in repairs and in tenant satisfaction, which is why one of the mandates of the Luksus Difference is to conduct bi-annual scheduled visits with every single one of its tenants. This not only provides   a sound state of mind for the owner, it also builds a trusting relationship   between Luksus Management and the tenants. 

Marketing and Leasing:

The last thing for an investment property to endure is vacancy! Luksus understands that finding the right tenant quickly is crucial. To this end, we employ multiple marketing avenues in order to reach a broad and appropriate audience, and strive to achieve a harmonious tenant-investor-property management relationship! Rent Collection: 

Luksus is equipped to both handle the month to month rent collection, but also to serve (on the rare occasion it is needed) the appropriate notices of arrears and other such filings. These collected rental funds will be held and accounted for and then deposited into your account.   We are here to offer peace of mind whilst maintaining a high level of satisfaction with both the tenant and the investor.

Your property is an asset, and it is important to stay on top of the health and growth of your asset. Luksus will provide you with clear and concise reporting specific to your property including financial statements, brief descriptions of any events or issues from the previous month, and any future potential issues that you would want to know of ahead of time.
